Stargate: Si tratta di un film oppure un documentario?
Premetto che la mia è una provocazione ma pensiamoci comunque su, perché molti sostengono con convinzione questa teoria… Quindi senza ulteriori indugi oggi parleremo di una curiosità che mi è venuta in mente qualche tempo fa… Sono sempre stato un appassionato di Egittologia e trovo che nella storia di questo grande popolo ci siano delle particolarità davvero interessanti.
Tutti voi conoscete il film Stargate che, dal mio punto di vista, rappresenta un capolavoro del genere, ma quel che non sapete è che quel che racconta ha delle curiose coincidenze con la realtà storica del popolo Egiziano.
Spesso si sente dire che i film di fantascienza siano utilizzati per riportare al popolo una verità inconfessabile ed in questo caso credo sia abbastanza plausibile…
Il film racconta la storia di un pianeta e di un popolo oppresso da un despota alieno (guarda caso un rettiliano) che utilizzava la popolazione come schiavi per ottenere risorse dal ricco pianeta minerario, ma ad un certo punto si scopre che la stessa sorte era capitata ai terrestri che si erano ribellati seppellendo il portale, mediante il quale gli alieni giungevano sul pianeta, e tutte le statue del terribile despota…
Ora passiamo alla storia… Siamo nel periodo compreso tra il 1375 ed il 1335 a.C. alla corte del Faraone Akhenaton III, famoso per aver portato il suo popolo verso il monoteismo. Per suo volere tutte le effigi di Ra furono distrutte o sepolte, i templi abbandonati ed un nuovo culto dichiarato quello del regno, ossia il culto di Aton (il dio del sole). Un voltafaccia repentino che chiaramente stabiliva la scelta del sovrano di adorare la luce in luogo delle tenebre di Ra.
Siamo sicuri sia tutto frutto di fantasia? La domanda che mi pongo è: La storia ha ispirato il film oppure è il film che racconta la storia?

Friends today will talk about a curiosity that has come to my mind some time ago … I have always been a fan of Egyptiology and I find that in the history of this great people there are some really interesting features.
You all know the Stargate movie that, in my view, is a masterpiece of the genre, but what you do not know is that what it says has curious coincidences with the historical reality of the Egyptian people.
It is often said that science fiction movies are used to bring the people back to an inconceivable truth and in this case I think it is plausible enough …
The film tells the story of a planet and a people oppressed by an alien despot (a case of a reptilian) who used the population as slaves to gain resources from the rich mining planet, but at one point it turns out that the same fate had happened the terrestrials who had rebelled by burying the portal through which the aliens came to the planet and all the statues of the terrible despot …
Now let’s go to history … We are in the period between 1375 and 1335 BC at the court of Pharaoh Akhenaton III, famous for bringing his people to monotheism. For his will all Ra’s effusions were destroyed or buried, abandoned temples and a new cult declared the kingdom, that is, the cult of Aton (the sun god). A sudden turn that clearly established the sovereign’s choice of worshiping light instead of Ra’s darkness.
Are we sure it’s all about fantasy? The question I ask myself is: Does the story inspire the movie or is the film telling the story?
