La dama bianca del Nuraghe Femminedda
Amici continuiamo ad indagare nella splendida Isola di Sant’Antioco e portiamo alla luce una leggenda legata ad un nuraghe che guarda caso si trova nella stesa zona di Grutti Acqua e Su Semafuru
Si tratta di un nuraghe che può essere raggiunto facilmente a piedi con una camminata di 10/15 minuti a partire dal piccolo parcheggio posto sulla strada principale. A dire il vero il nuraghe non è in ottime condizioni anche se riconoscibilissimo una volta giunti ad una decina di metri di distanza. Molti sostengono che nei pressi delle mura ormai crollate si aggiri lo spirito di una bellissima donna vestita di bianco che ricorda molto da vicino la leggenda della celebre Dama Bianca diffusa in tutto il mondo. Ho visitato il posto diverso tempo fa e devo dirvi che personalmente non ho assistito a tale apparizione benché il nome di Nuraghe Femminedda mi faccia sospettare che qualcosa di simile sia noto da tempo… Femminedda infatti in lingua sarda significa giovane donna e sono documentati dei casi simili nella zona di Stintino:
“Una donna, chiamata dagli abitanti del posto “Femminedda” venne decapitata dopo un processo sommario. La testa venne sepolta in paese mentre il resto del corpo in una chiesa sconsacrata poco distante. In questo caso non sono riuscito a trovare indizi relativi alla morte di una donna nel posto in questione, ma il nome del nuraghe è già di per se un indizio in tale direzione. Il luogo è facilmente raggiungibile senza particolare attrezzatura e da la possibilità di effettuare un tour completo della zona partendo da questo ultimo nuraghe per proseguire a Grutti Acqua e finire in bellezza a Su Semafuru.
The white lady of the Nuraghe Femminedda
Friends continue to investigate the beautiful island of Sant’Antioco and bring to light a legend linked to a nuraghe that happens to be in the same area of Grutti Acqua and Su Semafuru …
It is a nuraghe that can be easily reached on foot with a walk of 10/15 minutes starting from the small parking place on the main road. Actually, the nuraghe is not in excellent condition, even if very recognizable once it reaches a distance of ten meters. Many argue that near the walls now collapsed wanders the spirit of a beautiful woman dressed in white that closely resembles the legend of the famous White Lady spread around the world. I visited the place a long time ago and I must tell you that I personally have not witnessed this apparition even though the name of Nuraghe Femminedda makes me suspect that something like this has long been known … Femminedda in fact in Sardinian language means young woman and are documented of similar cases in the area of Stintino:

In this case I could not find clues about the death of a woman in the place in question, but the name of the nuraghe is already in itself a clue in that direction. The place is easily reachable without particular equipment and from the possibility to carry out a complete tour of the area starting from this last nuraghe to continue to Grutti Acqua and finish in beauty at Su Semafuru.
