The Nun: DEMAK VALAK, VALAC, VOLAC, VALU

Friends an extraordinary post not scheduled, I thank my friend Francesco Noetic for the beautiful post that I have here the honor to replicate on my blog, we talk about Valak, the demon of the much-touted and awaited film “The Nun”. Please admire the wonderful image, always created by Francesco, which reproduces the Demon as described by Lorraine Warren …

“He haunted me and continued to appear before me” .. “I saw a whirlwind and a creepy figure hooded” so Lorraine Warren described the entity to the director J.Wan creator of the film “The Nun” that comes out today in Italian cinemas; but he wanted to make it even more desecrating and so the beloved and feared figure of the demonic nun was born. But Valac exists in the esoteric tradition and is present both in the “Goetia SL MacGregor Mathers (1904)” and in the Pseudomonarchia daemonum – Johann Wier (1583), a real demon then, for those who believe it, that looks like a winged child and shining on the back of a two-headed dragon. Also called Comet, Valac is a vagabond of the cosmos and knows the way of the stars, a fallen angel that dominates the Fire of the Serpent; allegorical image to symbolize the control of the forces of psychosexual nature.
In addition to the testimony of the famous psychic L. Warren, there is a real place where the film was shot, that is, among the ruins of the “Monastery of Cârţa” in Romania, a former Benedictine monastery, founded in 1200, in southern Transylvania.
The monastery was founded by the Cistercian monks in 1205-1206 and was built as a cross; recent excavations carried out after 1980 have led to the discovery of two two-meter-long human skeletons.
Romania, however, is not new to horror, we know … and there is no shortage of horrifying real events; in fact, in June 2005, in Tanacu, 350 kilometers northeast of Bucharest, the young nun Irina Cornici, 23, was crucified by the sisters of the monastery, on the orders of Daniel, an orthodox priest with exorcist delusions, convinced that he was possessed by devil. Before being crucified, Irina was bound hands and feet for several days and deprived of water and food.
