Un amuleto contro la malasorte molto famoso: Il ferro di cavallo

Amici, parliamo oggi di un oggetto conosciuto da tutti e da tutti associato alla buona sorte, il ferro di Cavallo…

Premesso che io non credo né nella fortuna né tanto meno nella sfortuna, essendo piuttosto realista in questo campo, trovo comunque che sia un oggetto molto caratteristico esattamente come le chiavi di cui abbiamo parlato tempo fa… (https://realmisterx.altervista.org/le-chiavi-potenti-amuleti-contro-la-malasorte/). Vi parlo di questo strano oggetto perché qualche tempo fa mi è capitato di trovarne uno e lo ho subito raccolto da terra.

Esistono diverse teorie sul ferro di cavallo, spesso contrastanti… Una di queste teorie stabilisce per prima cosa che debba essere trovato casualmente perché possa portar fortuna, quindi se lo doveste rubare o comprare non avrebbe nessun potere mistico. Ma c’è di più.. In contrasto con questa idea del ritrovamento casuale è quella che se l’oggetto dovesse portar fortuna la porterebbe comunque solo al proprietario e non a chi lo avesse ritrovato, oppure che, in alcuni casi, porti sfortuna e non fortuna…

Insomma come la giri la giri le leggende sono sempre una marea di idee strampalate e non ti consentono di avere la certezza. Ma come e perché questo semplice pezzo di ferro ricurvo dovrebbe aver assunto dei magici poteri?

Si dice che un fabbro dell’anno 1000, un certo Dunstano di Canterbury, poi diventato arcivescovo, avesse ferrato uno zoccolo del Diavolo e che lo avesse liberato solo dopo aver ricevuto promessa di non entrare in una casa dove fosse affisso un ferro di cavallo alla porta… Questa leggenda mi piace parecchio, molto caratteristica vero? Ma esistono altre ipotesi, una in particolare sostiene che il suo potere venga dal fatto che ricordi l’apparato riproduttivo femminile e che sia quindi un simbolo di vita ed altre ancora, più particolari, che la sua forma sia simile ad un magnete e che attiri la buona sorte così come il magnete attira il ferro…

Insomma vedete bene che le leggende sono tante, ma badate bene, il ferro va appeso sempre a testa in su, altrimenti porta sfortuna 😉 Ma, sarà un caso, da quando l’ho trovato ho avuto fortuna…
