Spiriti a Cagliari: Il fantasma del Caffè Svizzero
Amici, Cagliari è una città con una lunga storia e tante leggende, leggende belle e leggende macabre… Ma questa che vi voglio raccontare non è affatto male, si tratta, a quanto pare, di una infestazione residuale in un noto locale del capoluogo sardo.
Il Caffè Svizzero è da sempre un punto di riferimento del centro cittadino, un bar di classe che ci riporta ai tempi d’oro dell’economia cittadina e ad uno stile che tutti vorrebbero tornasse…
A dire il vero sembra che gli spiriti del Caffè Svizzero siano sette, ma quello che più colpisce l’immaginario comune è quello di un signore, descritto in abiti eleganti, con il cappello in testa e dei folti baffi… La sua apparizione sembra sia localizzata a pochi passi dalla macchina del caffè e la sua descrizione casualmente corrisponde a quella del signor Devoto, primo proprietario del locale. Alcune di queste Ghost Stories vengono riportate nel buon libro “Fantasmi a Cagliari – Profumo di zolfo” dello scrittore e Giornalista sardo Pierluigi Serra che, in un opera davvero piacevole, ci racconta le più celebri storie di Fantasmi di Cagliari, storie che sembra abbiano un fondo di verità.
Nel caso di questo spettro non si tratta della solita storia dell’anima in pena, ma sembra che tutti i testimoni dell’apparizione abbiano descritto lo spirito sorridente, come se questo continuasse a rivivere un periodo per lui, evidentemente, piuttosto felice e cercasse di accontentare ancora i suoi amati clienti.
Non sempre le storie di fantasmi sono tristi e questa ne è la dimostrazione, spero che il Signor Devoto possa continuare a vivere in pace nel suo locale e regalare sorrisi, forse questo è il suo paradiso.

Some of these Ghost Stories are reported in the good book “Ghosts in Cagliari – Perfume of Sulfur” by the Sardinian writer and journalist Pierluigi Serra who, in a really nice work, tells us the most famous stories of Ghosts of Cagliari, stories that seem to have a truth fund.
In the case of this spectrum it is not the usual story of the soul in pain, but it seems that all the witnesses of the apparition have described the smiling spirit, as if this continues to relive a period for him, evidently, rather happy and try to still please his beloved customers.
