Il locale è stato per anni perseguitato dalla presenza di uno spirito che sembra sia femminile. La storia del posto racconta la leggenda di una certa Nina, una prostituta che collaborava con le forze dell’ordine come infiltrata, che aveva permesso la cattura di diversi criminali e sventato rapine…

Proprio per questa sua vita così difficile la ragazza andò incontro ad una fine spaventosa, fu scoperta ed uccisa.  Nina fu gettata nel pozzo dell’ascensore del locale Old Town Pizza e successivamente si scoprì che il suo nome era inciso in uno dei mattoni del pozzo, la leggenda vuole che sia stato il suo spirito a farlo…
