Si tratta dell’Orologio di San Pasquale, noto ai più come Orologio della Morte. Si dice che di tanto in tanto si possa sentire un picchiettare ritmico che verrebbe effettuato dal santo con il suo bastone tanto da sembrare il ticchettio di un orologio che preannuncerebbe eventi nefasti o la morte di qualcuno…
Molto lugubre questa storia che spesso è associata proprio ad eventi come il carro della morte oppure il passaggio della civetta, segni tipici della tradizione Sarda e Laziale… Quanto ci sia di vero non so dirvi, eppure sono davvero tante le testimonianze che ho sentito a riguardo, persone che in gruppo al capezzale di un parente hanno sentito il suono del bastone dentro la stanza, cose che non si possono ignorare…
