Lo spirito maligno Ghanese: Abonsam – ITA
Carissimi amici, oggi parleremo del Male e per farlo studieremo il caso dello spirito Maligno chiamato Abonsam. Questa creatura malvagia è tipica della cultura Ghanese e più in generale dell’Africa occidentale… I suoi influssi sono temuti dalla popolazione che gli attribuisce qualunque tipo di male (sia di tipo fisico che psicologico).
Per mandar via il Demone Abonsam è necessario effettuare un esorcismo nel quale lo spirito è guidato al mare tramite un rituale che comincia con quattro settimane di totale silenzio, seguite dalla rimozione di tutto il mobilio dalle case coinvolte; l’interno delle case è poi battuto con dei bastoni e si crea un gran rumore con grida e spari.
Ora cerchiamo di capire questa creatura… Di Abonsam ho trovato diverse rappresentazioni che riportano talvolta all’aspetto di una sorta di folletto ma con aspetto davvero poco rassicurante altre volte ad una creatura umanoide dalla pelle striata ed altre volte ancora ad un essere alato… Le informazioni in rete sono piuttosto discordanti tanto che ho idea che nessuno sappia con certezza che aspetto abbia questa creatura.
Di certo posso dirvi che il popolo del Ghana teme sul serio questo essere, lungi da essere considerato un mito, spinge ancora oggi migliaia di persone a rivolgersi ad uno sciamano per allontanare il terribile Demone.
