Il mistero di Mothman, l’uomo falena che annuncia disgrazie
Bentornati sulle pagine del mio blog amici… Ricordate Mothman (I presunti testimoni avrebbero descritto l’apparizione come una specie di essere umano dagli occhi rossi rifrangenti, dotato di ali e di una velocità eccezionale.), la creatura che fece tanto scalpore qualche anno fa? Si parleremo proprio di questo presunto strano essere… Da quel che sappiamo ogni volta che è stato avvistato si sono verificati dei fatti terribili, incidenti, incendi, attentati, insomma sarebbe meglio non vederlo mai.
Il primo avvistamento certificato (sulla fiducia naturalmente) della creatura avvenne il 15 novembre 1966 nell’area appena fuori da Point Pleasant, tanto che con il passare del tempo la cittadina è stata considerata il luogo in cui l’uomo falena viva nascosto alla vista, ma secondo studi recenti (e con studi intendo più che altro interviste ai locali dal momento che di scientifico c’è davvero ben poco) il luogo esatto in cui si nasconde dovrebbe essere a circa 10 chilometri da Point Pleasant, in una zona ricca di strutture militari dismesse nota come McClintic Wildlife Management Area.
In questo luogo estremamente suggestivo sono presenti una moltitudine di igloo celati nel terreno che sono diventati meta dei cacciatori di fantasmi, secondo le indiscrezioni di vari testimoni è qui che si nasconderebbe l’abominevole essere…
Ma cosa c’è di vero? In vero ben poco è dimostrato e dimostrabile, sfortunatamente (o fortunatamente secondo i punti di vista) ci troviamo di fronte ad una delle più pompate leggende metropolitane del nostro tempo.
Voi che ne pensate? Ve ne parlo perché ho ricevuto una testimonianza relativa ad un avvistamento avvenuto in Italia, la creatura aveva le sembianze del Mothman e quindi ho deciso di proporvi la storia per verificare se altri hanno avuto qualche esperienza simile e magari trovare insieme una spiegazione plausibile… Cosa potrebbe essere vista di notte che possa assomigliare a questo essere? Io francamente ho pensato ad un uccello notturno come una civetta o un barbagianni anche se le dimensioni non sono proprio coerenti.

But what’s true? In reality, little is demonstrated and demonstrable, unfortunately (or fortunately, according to points of view) we are facing one of the most pumped urban legends of our time.

I frankly thought of a nocturnal bird like an owl or a barn owl even if the dimensions are not exactly consistent.
