Una strana novità come alternativa alla Ouija: Lo scarabeo

Amici avete capito bene, si tratta del gioco da tavolo Scarabeo che molti ragazzini stanno utilizzando con scopi ben diversi. Ho avuto la possibilità di confrontarmi con dei giovani apprendisti “evocatori” che mi hanno raccontato qualcosa di assurdo.

Sembra che per evitare sospetti da parte dei genitori, che non permettevano loro di compare una tavola ouija, abbiano utilizzato questo stratagemma molto fantasioso. Lo scarabeo se ci pensate ha molto in comune con la tavola ouija, le lettere sono nascoste in un sacchetto e possono essere prelevate in modo casuale a formare le parole.

Questo gruppo di ragazzi che mi ha riportato questa loro pratica asserisce di formare una catena medianica e di inserire le mani nel sacchetto prelevando le lettere che danno loro le risposte che cercano. Ora mi chiedo, è davvero possibile? In fondo la tavola ouija di per se non è altro che un pezzo di legno, quindi forse anche lo scarabeo può davvero prestarsi allo scopo.

Insomma partendo da questo presupposto qualunque cosa può diventare un mezzo per comunicare con gli spiriti. Ogni gioco da tavolo che presupponga una uscita di informazioni random potrebbe essere un sostituto della ouija? Oppure si tratta solo di buffonate da ragazzini?

In effetti analizzando il metodo ha molto in comune con la divinazione tramite rune, un metodo antico di circa 2000 anni e cito:

Lasciate che sia un testimone armato di telecamera a dire se si formano effettivamente delle risposte. Secondo gli scettici questo semplice accorgimento rende una Ouija del tutto inutile.

Ditemi che ne pensate, perché io sono abbastanza perplesso… Anche perché se è vero che la seduta va chiusa mediante il saluto con la ouija, come si potrebbe fare con questo sistema? Potrebbe essere forse più pericoloso della stessa ouija?

A strange novelty as an alternative to Ouija: The scrabble
